Working my way up in the TV/Film industry as a top session editor helped me arrive at becoming the world's first and only "Just Press Play Coach." The lessons I've learned have made me a master at creating content. In addition, I have mastered how to control my emotions, edit myself, and help others do the same.
Before I started Ryan & Scott Media, I spent over a decade as a TV/Film editor and Visual Effects artist.
I also helped to create flagship programming for Food Network, Discovery, and others. My favorite part of my job was always working with junior editors and interns to help them grow in their craft and to help them be the best they could be.
Today, I'm helping business owners grow their media impact and help reveal the blindspots that are holding them back from their next big growth spurt. I do this as the world's first, and only, "Just Press Play Coach."
I help creative people to start their creative services business or to grow it to the next level, so you may make a lasting, emotionally charged, and impactful impression in the world.
My business model is simple:
Work with people I find inspiring and want to make the most significant impact in the world.

Helping other creatives through coaching
How do you explain a completely new idea to someone? Is it possible to change someone’s mind about their preconceived notions?
Answering the questions or addressing the concerns that your audience has is the best way to strike up a dialogue. Then, you have a good chance of overcoming biases, persuading, or having a new idea or product introduced.
If you do it right, then they will begin looking back to you for more and more help. They will begin to desire to give you back something else in return.
In this short coaching video, I share a process I have used to squash self doubt... and punch my critical inner voice in the face.
